In this episode, Jeff Vanderstelt talks with Brett Donald, one of Saturate’s Disciple-Making Lab coaches. Brett shares pieces of his journey, including finding himself in a pastoral role at 18 years old, and eventually a calling to plant missional churches in Canada where he encourages followers of Jesus to live as missionaries in their everyday lives. Brett emphasizes that while processes and intentional planning are vital for multiplication, they must be paired with Spirit-dependence and empowerment. As leaders, we want to move beyond our own competencies seeking to join Jesus in His active work in our churches and communities.
