Abe Meysenburg has spent 25 years serving churches in Illinois, Washington, and Alabama. He planted a church with a few others in 2001, but has invested most of his time as a pastor equipping everyday followers of Jesus to shepherd and care for one another. He has been on the receiving end up of a great deal of shepherding care, both formal and informal. He is passionate about walking with ministry leaders through the unique challenges they face, and about helping people learn how to love one another well. He is the founder of The Shepherding Perspective, which provides shepherding consulting, care, and training to ministry leaders and local churches.
Abe is married to Jenn, and they have four adult children. He loves to read, listen to music, hike, exercise, sit around a fire with friends, ride his bike, eat amazing food, travel, and meet new people.
