CHOOSE YOUR PROCESS

Process 1: One Year

Good candidates for PROCESS ONE:

  • Churches of any size who are clarifying organizational direction
  • Church plants just beginning who are seeking to lay strong discipleship foundations

TRANSITION PROCESS ONE will introduce your church to foundational concepts and help you gain momentum as you begin the journey.

Process 1: One Year INCLUDES:

  • Video access for church
  • 6x team coaching calls (a team means at least three leaders from your church)

COST IS $1000

Process 2: One Year + (contains additional items)

Good candidates for PROCESS TWO:

  • Churches who have already made a commitment to see their communities move in a stronger missional direction.

PROCESS TWO brings clarity on how to equip your people to live differently and your leaders to lead differently. This process includes an immersion experience and an onsite training.

Process 2: One Year + INCLUDES:

  • Time: 1 year
  • Come to understand your story via online survey and interview in order to understand your history, context and current circumstances. This will help us work together to create a plan leading to more effective discipleship and mission. [1]
  • A three-day immersion experience for one leader from your team. Ideally, however, we encourage multiple leaders from the same team and their spouses to go through immersion experiences together.[2]
  • One onsite training tailored toward specific church training needs. Topics could include: How to train and coach leaders, gospel shepherding, Spirit dependence, strengthening teams, etc.
  • Video access for church
  • 4x team coaching calls (a team means at least three leaders from your church)

Process 3: Two Years

Change takes time. Good candidates for PROCESS THREE:

  • Churches who have already made a commitment to see their communities move in a stronger missional direction
  • Understand they need a longer period of sustained help

This process includes multiple assessments and help crafting staff-led retreats. Additionally, you’ll receive facilitated conversations with other transitioning churches.

Process 3: Two Years INCLUDES

  • Time: 2 years
  • Come to understand your story via online survey and interview in order to understand your history, context and current circumstances. This will help us work together to create a plan leading to more effective discipleship and
    mission.[1]
  • A three-day immersion experience for one team leader. Ideally, however, we encourage multiple leaders from the same team and their spouses to go through immersion experiences together.[2]
  • Video access for church
  • 8x team coaching calls (quarterly with at least three church leaders from your team)
  • 2x yearly coaching call with other transitioning churches (4x total for two years)
  • One onsite training tailored toward specific church training needs. Topics could include: How to train and coach leaders, gospel shepherding, Spirit dependence, strengthening teams, etc.
  • Health assessment at conclusion of year 1
  • Help with crafting staff-led retreat
  • Concluding online assessment and next step plan at the end of year 2

Process 4: Three Years

For churches committed to long-term change, PROCESS FOUR is ideal. This process includes

  • Two onsites
  • Additional assessments
  • Help with crafting multiple staff-led retreats.

Additionally, you’ll also receive facilitated conversations with other transitioning churches.

Process 4: Three Years INCLUDES:

  • Time: 3 years
  • Come to understand your story via online survey and interview in order to understand your history, context and current circumstances. This will help us work together to create a plan leading to more effective discipleship and mission.[1]
  • One seat for immersion included. Ideally, immersion experiences are encouraged to be experienced by multiple leaders from the same team and their spouses.[2]
  • Video access for church
  • 12x team coaching calls (every three months, a team means at least three leaders from your church)
  • 2x yearly coaching calls with other transitioning churches (6x total for three years)
  • Two onsite trainings tailored toward specific church training needs. Topics could include: How to train and coach leaders, gospel shepherding, Spirit dependence, strengthening teams etc…
  • Health assessment at conclusion of years 1 and 2
  • Help with crafting staff-led retreats
  • Concluding online assessment and next step plan at the end of year 3
